We were appointed by multi-asset private equity firm, Bentry Capital to undertake a project audit on the programme and cost elements of their Ford Lane project –a 119 homes new build development designed for the residential sales market adopting an efficient layout around a central circulation corridor and three cores.

It is in an excellent location within short walking distance of The University of Salford & Salford Crescent Train Station which provides local services to Manchester Victoria, Manchester Piccadilly, and Manchester Airport.

 The audit not only provided impartial and concise assessments of progress, performance, and compliance but also to effectively mitigated risks, including potential cost overruns, schedule delays, and quality deficiencies, ensuring steadfast adherence to regulatory and contractual obligations where applicable.
